I have almost completed Lily's vest for next fall. It still needs to be blocked but it's my first no-pattern knit. I used up most of my stash scraps but at least she'll be warm. I think it's not the prettiest thing but, she said "I love it Mama!" and that's all that matters to me. (:
Children know the effort we put in, and appreciate that. I know it will be warm, and that is what counts.
ReplyDeleteI love the colors and I bet it will look great on her. I am amazed at how some projects don't catch your eye until being modeled. You did a great job, especially for not using a pattern.
