Malabrigo worsted in Brilliante. |

New yarn bowl. |
|
Fitting because we are big lavender people. My girls get dabbed with it every night before bed. |
I pulled out the birthday sweater I started for Lily after 3 days of knitting it. It's Malabrigo worsted in Brilliante. Beautiful! Not much progress on that this week but I'm now working on a simple shrug for Tory and reading a book on whole foods. No novels for me! I also have to show my new lavender yarn bowl! I love it! Chaucy at
Chaucy.com made it. I had the pleasure of meeting her at the Colorado Reniassance Festival and her work is so very beautiful. I think a lot of her best work isn't featured on her site but she is a true artist!
What a beautiful yarn bowl!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous yarn and yarn bowl! I just love Malabrigo yarn!
ReplyDeleteI love pottery, and this bowl is beautiful!
ReplyDeleteThe yarn bowl is gorgeous I have been scouring charity shops for months looking for one but no luck yet x
ReplyDeleteThank you! I'm hoping to get a matching mug for my birthday in October:)
DeleteThanks for visiting my blog, in answer to your question... yes... keyrings for stitch markers! Make do and mend!
DeleteI admire your yarn bowl-so pretty!
ReplyDeleteI have never seen a yarn bowl before, how cool! I love the lavender. That colorway is gorgeous as well. I have a skein on Malabrigo sitting out on my living room table, I am just staring at it trying to figure out what it wants to be,but even as just a skein it is so pretty.
ReplyDeleteWell, I now *need* a yarn bowl! :) I've never seen one before, how lovely. The yarn inside is beautiful, too.
